Terms of Sale
Questi documenti sono pubblicati in inglese, versione che prevale. Le traduzioni sono in preparazione.
These Terms of Sale define the financial conditions of the 1st Minute Lead platform, published by REACH TECHNOLOGIES SAS. They supplement the Terms of Use; capitalized terms have the meaning given there. The Services are reserved for professionals (B2B).
1. Subscription
The subscription is taken out online from the Account interface. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe; card data is entered directly with Stripe and never transits through our servers. The subscription takes effect upon payment confirmation.
2. Plans and prices
Prices are in euros, exclusive of taxes, per month. Annual payment gives a 20% discount on the monthly price and is invoiced once for the year.

|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly price | €49 | €149 | €449 |
| Annual payment (per month) | €39 | €119 | €359 |
| Advisor seats included | 1 | 5 | 20 |
| Additional seats | — | Packs of 3 seats, €79/month (up to 15 seats) | Packs of 10 seats, €179/month (up to 50 seats) |

Additional-seat packs follow the billing period of the plan (the 20% discount applies to packs on annual payment). Beyond 50 seats, a custom offer is established on quote: contact@1stminutelead.com.
The features included in each plan are described on the pricing page, which forms part of these Terms of Sale. The mobile application is included in all plans.
3. Trial Period and free mode
Every new Account benefits from a free 7-day Trial Period with all features unlocked, with no commitment and no entry of a payment method. At the end of the Trial Period, if no subscription has been taken out, the Account switches to a limited free mode (1 seat, reduced monthly quota, 30-day history); no amount is ever charged without an explicit subscription.
4. Billing and payment
Invoices are issued by Stripe on our behalf, are available from the Account interface, and are payable upon issuance by the registered payment method. Monthly plans are invoiced monthly in advance; annual plans are invoiced annually in advance. Applicable VAT is added at the rate in force; for clients established in another EU member state with a valid intra-Community VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism applies.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
5.1 Term
The subscription runs for the period chosen (month or year) from its effective date.
5.2 Tacit renewal
It renews tacitly for successive periods of the same length, unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
5.3 Cancellation
The Client may cancel at any time from its interface or by writing to support@1stminutelead.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: the Services remain accessible until that date.
5.4 No refund
Except where mandatory law or these terms provide otherwise, periods already started are due and are not refunded pro rata. As the Services are reserved for professionals, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
6. Plan changes
- Upgrade (higher plan or additional packs): effective immediately; the price difference for the current period is prorated and invoiced by Stripe.
- Downgrade (lower plan or fewer packs): effective at the next renewal. The Client must first bring its number of active Advisors within the new limit, and is invited to export data older than the new included history (see §7.2 of the DPA).
- Quota: leads submitted beyond the monthly quota of the plan are no longer processed in real time until the next monthly reset; the Account holder is alerted as the quota is approached and may upgrade at any time.
7. Late and non-payment
In the event of a failed payment, Stripe retries collection and the Client is notified. Failing regularization, access to the Services may be suspended (Article 13.1 of the Terms of Use) until full payment. In accordance with Articles L.441-10 et seq. of the French Commercial Code, any late payment automatically incurs late-payment penalties at three (3) times the legal interest rate and a fixed recovery indemnity of forty (40) euros.
8. Price changes
1st Minute Lead may change its prices. New prices apply to new subscriptions immediately, and to ongoing subscriptions only from the next renewal, with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice by email. In the event of disagreement, the Client may cancel before the renewal takes effect.
