1st Minute Lead is a product of Reach Technologies SAS. The names "1st Minute Lead", "One Minute Leads" and "1stminutelead" refer to the same product.

The application infrastructure (server, PostgreSQL database, Redis, real-time engine) and the data it stores are located in France, with a provider subject to European law.

Certain ancillary functions rely on specialized providers that may involve a transfer of limited data outside the European Union, under the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses): sending of transactional emails (Resend), delivery of mobile push notifications (Expo), payment processing (Stripe) and, where the Client has the scoring module enabled, lead qualification by a language model (Groq, Anthropic). The up-to-date list of technical providers, their role and their location is published on the Subprocessors page.

4. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data relating to visitors, account holders and advisors invited by an account is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Data relating to the leads of our Clients (persons who submit a form on a Client's website) is processed by 1st Minute Lead on behalf of the Client, in its capacity as processor. This processing is governed by the Data Processing Agreement. A template Lead Information Notice is made available to Clients.

The use of cookies is governed by our Cookie Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All elements making up the website and the Platform (source code, script, graphical interfaces, texts, illustrations, database structures, editorial and technical choices, visual identity) are protected by copyright and, where applicable, by the sui generis database right. These elements remain the exclusive property of Reach Technologies SAS or its licensors.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Reach Technologies SAS, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement sanctioned by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code, and by articles L.342-1 et seq. with regard to databases.

The names "1st Minute Lead", "One Minute Leads" and "1stminutelead", as well as the associated logo, constitute distinctive signs exploited by Reach Technologies SAS in the course of its activity. Any use likely to create confusion in the mind of the public, to divert clientele or to constitute an act of economic parasitism is strictly prohibited.

The studies and publications referenced on the Resources page remain the property of their respective authors and are cited for information purposes only.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Reach Technologies SAS exercises no control over these websites and disclaims any liability as to their content, their availability or their use.

The creation of hyperlinks to the 1stminutelead.com website is subject to the prior written authorization of Reach Technologies SAS.

7. Liability

Reach Technologies SAS endeavors to ensure, to the best of its ability, the accuracy and the updating of the information published on the website, the content of which it reserves the right to modify at any time and without notice.

The figures and studies presented on the website (in particular regarding response times and conversion rates) come from third-party publications identified on the Resources page. They are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of results for any particular Client.

Reach Technologies SAS cannot guarantee the accuracy, the precision or the completeness of the information made available on the website and disclaims any liability for any imprecision, inaccuracy or omission relating to such information.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the courts of Lille shall have sole jurisdiction, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party proceedings.

For business customers, the competent jurisdiction is that of the Commercial Court of Lille Métropole.
