How it works

From form submission to a live call in under one minute

One tag on your site, and the machine runs on its own, including at 10 PM on a Saturday. Timers are configurable per account.

  1. 0 sVisitor side

    The visitor submits

Your form is intercepted by a one-line script. Nothing changes for the visitor: no redirect, no plugin.

  2. 1 sVisitor side

    The window appears

The visitor immediately sees they'll be called back, with a countdown. They stay on your site.

  3. 2 sSales team side

    Your reps are alerted

Real-time notification, on web and mobile. Only reps on duty receive it.

  4. ≤ 60 sBoth sides

The first one takes the lead

Their first name and number appear on the visitor's screen. The call doesn't come from a stranger, and no one calls twice.

  5. within the minuteCall connected

    The call goes out

From the rep's own phone. Nothing to install, no carrier to switch.

Send request

After hours, or no one available? The visitor picks their own callback slot. The scheduled callback lands in your reps' queue.

For sales reps

The War Room: the lead lands, the team lights up

The product's signature screen. Every request appears within a second, with its timer ring, and the first available rep takes it.

01

Real time, web and mobile

An incoming lead lights up the screen: sound, notification, timer starting. On the office desktop and in your pocket.

02

Taken in one tap

First to take it, takes it. The others see it instantly, no one calls twice, no one forgets.

03

Urgency is visible

Every lead carries its timer ring, colored by time remaining. You see at a glance what's burning.

04

Presence is explicit

On duty, off duty: until a rep has declared themselves on duty, they receive nothing. Availability is never guessed.

In the field

The War Room in your pocket Coming soon

A real estate agent is on a viewing, a broker at a client's, a contractor on a job site. The lead arrives anyway, the iOS and Android app puts it in their hand.

01

Native notifications

APNs and FCM: the phone buzzes when the lead arrives, the timer starts. Nothing to open, nothing to watch.

02

Three tabs, zero friction

War Room, Callbacks, Leads, in a floating bar. Dates follow the device's time zone.

03

Calls from their own phone

Your reps call from their own phone, nothing to install, no carrier to switch. Status tracking is declarative: the rep records the outcome.

04

QR code sign-in

Scan the code shown in the web dashboard, no retyping your password.

Script installation and billing stay on the web, the app is built for one thing: handling leads.

For managers

You no longer measure “how many leads”, but “how many were called back in time, and by whom”

The product timestamps every step, received, taken, called. Callback time stops being an intention: it's a number on screen, day by day and per rep.

01

Every step is timestamped

Received, widget shown, claimed, first call and qualification: the lead's complete journey keeps its exact time.

02

Delays become visible

Track the share called back within one or five minutes, spot uncovered time slots and compare days without hiding the gaps.

03

Ownership is clear

See who was on duty, who claimed each lead, after how many seconds and with what outcome, individually and across the team.

What's really at stake
80%

of deals are won by the vendor the buyer contacts first

What's really at stake

They're not comparing you. They've already chosen you.

When a prospect fills out your form, they're not discovering you. They've searched, compared, read reviews, and put you at the top of their list. That's why they're writing to you.

The silence that follows is the only way to lose a sale you had already won.

Then you took two days to call back.

The vendor a buyer contacts first wins the deal roughly 80% of the time. 6sense, B2B Buyer Experience Report 2025, nearly 4,000 B2B buyers across North America, EMEA and APAC.See the source
Installation

One line in your site. That's all.

No form changes, no plugin, no migration. You paste the tag, it intercepts your existing forms.

01

Asynchronous. The script doesn't block your page's rendering.

02

Your forms stay yours. The script intercepts the submission, nothing to rebuild, nothing to migrate.

03

Customizable from the dashboard. Color, radius, position, without touching your site.

Your objections, honestly

The questions we actually get asked

No. Your reps call from their own phone, nothing to install, no carrier to switch. A standard call link opens the phone's dialer, then the rep records the outcome. We don't pretend to be a phone system.

The visitor window follows your site's language, not the visitor's browser: an English site shows English, even to a Spanish visitor. The product itself speaks French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.

Data is hosted in France, encrypted in transit and at rest. The DPA, the subprocessor list and the data location can be downloaded from the Security page, no form required.

The visitor never falls into a void: they pick their own callback slot, and the scheduled callback lands in your reps' queue. After hours, the same mechanism applies.

No outbound webhooks, no SSO, no read API, no native integration with a phone carrier. When a feature leaves this list, it's because it has actually shipped, we don't sell a roadmap.
